Magic Workshops

This summer I began offering a magic workshop as an option and I was able to start delivering these at libraries and summer camps. These were rewarding experiences in lots of ways. The kids in the groups I worked with were sincere and friendly and supportive of each other, and were focused on what we were doing. It would be gratifying if I was able to intrigue at least some of the youngsters I worked with to pursue an interest in magic. At the very least I hope they were able to entertain their families with the tricks we worked on.

At one of the libraries I performed a show and then there was a short break between the show and the workshop. During the break I noticed one of the young audience members at a table working on a drawing. Later he approached me to show me his masterpiece and ask if I would autograph it. I love Emerson's drawing. He certainly captured my hairline accurately!
